Trying to push this little tool and so far it’s not given up. MATERIAL= 6061 Aluminum RPM= 20,000 DOC= 0.040” LOAD=0.012” IPM= 25 RAMP= 15 LEADS= 15 UPDATE While trying 5052 Aluminum I ended up chip welding the bit and it broke. I kept everything the same and slowed down the feed to 18 IPM and it cut fine/

I swapped over to a 64 bit WIN10 machine and used a UC100 to match the speed I was boasting with Pumotix Software. You can see 500 inches per minute on this China 6040 CNC machine. It was a tough battle but in the end, Mach3 came out on top. Now maybe I will explore Mach4. Do you know of software that offers extended work offsets? If you don't know what that means, check my other videos before shouting out what you use.

This is how I make custom Dog Tags with my business. Currently I have to use Fusion 360 and Mach3 to make this happen. If you know of another program to do the same process, please leave a comment. Found a bug in Fusion360 that will not let you use extended work offsets correctly in Mach3 or Mach4. After searching the support forum I decided to find a fix on my own. I hope this helps someone until Artsoft or Fusion can fix the post processor file for Mach 3/4

what's the best tote box size for as 100' 16x4 channel snake?
My 351w stroker is getting too much pressure, got the vent snd the pcv but still needs more. My dipstick is struggling to stay in, burns about a quart per 50 miles, and leaks out the oilpan. Engine has about 2,000 miles on it and im struggling to find a cure.

Who knows why it is not possible to return the DSP value from FAST to AUTO on the RF Explorer, in the “240-960M” module?
How do I change the batteries? I unscrewed the little back "door" and removed it, but I can't get any of those little batteries out. They're all down in those "wells," and I can't get ahold of any of em. If I'm supposed to open the entire frame, like was done here... how do I do that?
I usually slap the unit in my hand and they will come out. If not then you can open the case and push them out. Those batteries swell when they go bad and it's hard to remove them. Good luck and if I can help, let me know.

No, you'd be better adding a little bit of channel delay (not the effect) to help with feedback. Best thing is to ring out the system beforehand and bandaids aren't needed, But I must admit have done it myself in a pinch.

Great video! Maybe you can help me before I buy this machine. Instead of the existing spindle I need to have my device that would just press down onto the surface. I measured with the scales underneath and even 2kg load is enough. Do you maybe know if this machine can put this much downward force, or does it have some safety feature that would prevent it? Thanks for your help!

Leaving them on all the time must cause issues. Not only this but also the capacitors blowing.
Connect them to a furman power strip and re cap the entire unit every 5-10 years depending on the quality of replaced components.

CAUTION !!! Preditors use these type games and tactics to LURE people, women, teens, or children, to a secluded location. Or to LURE them to a public place where the preditor can oogle their target. Choose who will become their next target. And/ Or pretend to randomly meet their target. Obtain contact and establish familiarity,learn more about their target, and lay the ground work for more contact in the future. The preditor already knows that the person is gulliable, foolish, and careless... Because the target has naively allowed themselve to LURED into strange territoy by a stranger. The target is easily distracted. Their guard is down. You might find yourself wondering into a thick dark woodland. Or off the commonly traveled/ populated trail. Wondering around with your focus on the ground, and Not On Your Surroundings. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.

so does it just fit under the massive hood my car has or do I have to cut or beat somethin to make it fit?
The kit which I helped engineer is no longer available I heard (don't work for DDM anymore) but I think we did 7 cars and not a single one was cut or beat in any way. Heard about a company (Wades or something) that offers a bolt in kit as well. Never seen them, the hard part is getting the BCM to like talking to the E67 ECM for the LS3. Probably one of the major reasons the project was dropped.
@@rickcperry good to know, been trying to find engine upgrade paths as the base 2.4 motor is rather slow in my 06.

Can you show how you use the parallel toolpath to engrave solid infill?
Yes, it's actually easier than you think. Select Parallel on the type of operation and if you use a drag bit enter 0 for RPM or 1 of the post processor complains. Then go to select your area and it will turn blue. Then tell it how much stepover you want and hit ok. For drag bit simply pre load the bit and for machining you gotta lie to the machine. Set Z at the proper 0.000" and then manually enter 0.001 into the DRO. It will cut 0.001 deeper than true Z and you can sneak up on the cut to get the cusps that you want. Fusion will complain about cusps and stepover being larger than the tool and it's ok because it's a V bit either way and just ignore the warning. Try it
you gotta to upgrade to an Openbuilds X32, mine can move 10x faster than that now and it works with computers from this century

Don't have them anymore, I think there's a video on the cheap subs I used. They were great and lasted until I sold them.
Power to weight ratio is nuts, mod that engine and it should beat 98% of anything that goes up against it

I understand the PCV system. But for my 1981 chevy camaro engine, I have the stock air cleaner with the thermac system. Instead of one, it has two hoses connected inside the air cleaner. One hose is clearly the crankcase breather that goes to the passenger side valve cover, it even has a crankcase filter, but then i have another hose on the drivers side…. It connects next to the alternator… I don’t know if that’s my PCV or another breather??? It looks useless to me. I would strongly appreciate answers thank you

That’s a coil and I don’t have a part number. Sennheiser will be no help. The old one should have a part number on it and if you still have it then solder it back on, they almost never fail unless shorted out

I been doing this for a while. I never had to share rf mics but this is a cool trick.
As these units get older, the best thing is to bridge the power pins to always on. Replace the main capacitor 1000uf @ 35V and the one to the right of the transformer 470uf @ 16 or 25V Check the values of the four clustered below the transformer, these are ganged. Replace the initial 2 caps and it will work. This is a common fault that people think is the fire wire chip. Unit powers on but does not sync, only displays a solid blue light. Test the voltages on the test points by the power transformer. If the only accurate one is the 5v on the left most TP then its the 470uf cap to the right of the transformer, as if the main cap failed there would be no volts.
I would use low and slow expanding foam for any cheap or flimsy looking plastics , but great idea nonetheless
I got a little carried away with a repair on my camper build which is made up of EPS sandwhiched betwen 0.5mm aluminium (commercial freezer panels ) as tough as they are on the , i had a big piece of foam chip off and decided to filll with standard expanding foam . Well, It expanded alright , but unfortunately so did the interior side panel ,but i managed to fix it without sacrificing the panel , and learned from it 😂. I found this video while trying to search to see if anyone had used xps or blue board (as we call it in Australia) as a substitute for shadowfoam. Surprised I couldn’t find anything , but ill give it a crack anyway

Do you have a video on how to dissaemble the mic? Do I have to take off the antenna fin before removing the display cover?
I do not have a video, but I will de solder the antenna lead from the circuitboard and remove the fin when I work on them.
